Complete End-to-End services: We firmly believe in controlling, not simply managing, as much of the development process that is economically feasible. This approach allows us to achieve milestones and quality rarely delivered by a sub-contracted development method. To that end we have grown, not acquired, our service offering. While it may not be possible to be "everything-to-everyone" we have struck a balance between the critical path functions performed in-house and commodity services, like rapid prototyping.

Project Management:

Providing end-to-end product development solutions requires strong project management skills. We are proud of our ability to pull a diverse team together, and remain on target and budget. We have developed our own project management process and continue to hone this process, implementing more-and-more automated gates throughout, which creates a strong document trail. We believe it is simply not enough to possess good design and engineering talent, especially if their effort is not focused at the micro and macro levels.
